X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE RIGHT CLAVICLE

X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE RIGHT CLAVICLE

FINDINGS:             There are degenerative changes involving the coracoacromial joint.  Narrowing of the coracoclavicular space is noted and impingement cannot be excluded.  However, clavicle is intact and there is no fracture.

The referring physician had ordered a chest x-ray today.  However, patient refused to have the chest x-ray since she had a previous chest x-ray done at this facility on 01/26/2012.  The chest
x-ray did not show any active infiltrates.

Thank you for the referral.
XXXXXXX, M.D.
