CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS
CLINICAL DATA: Cough.
FINDINGS: Heart is normal in size.
There are left lower lobe
infiltrates.
Mediastinum appeared to be
unremarkable.
Costophrenic angles are
clear. Visualized bony structures are
unremarkable. Incidentally noted is the
presence of multiple small calcified granulomas bilaterally.
IMPRESSION: Left lower lobe infiltrates. The preliminary report was immediately faxed
to the referring physician’s office.
