FINDINGS:             There is mild cardiomegaly.

Thoracic aorta is ectatic.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.

Chronic appearing parenchymal changes are noted bilaterally.

There is no focal mass, consolidation, or active infiltrates.

Costophrenic angles are clear.  Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:        Mild cardiomegaly.  There are no active infiltrates.
