CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

FINDINGS:             There are postsurgical changes suggesting CABG surgery.  Heart is at the upper limits of normal in size.

There are radiographic changes suggestive of COPD.  However, there is no focal mass or active infiltrates.

Scarring is seen involving the left lower lung.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.  Costophrenic angles are clear.  Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:
1.                   COPD.  There are no active infiltrates.
2.                   Status post CABG surgery.
