CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

FINDINGS:             Heart is normal in size.

Mediastinum appears to be unremarkable.

Multiple small calcified granulomas are noted.  There is no focal mass, consolidation, or active infiltrates.  Tenting of the right hemidiaphragm is noted.  No previous chest x-rays are available for comparison.

Costophrenic angles are clear.

Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:        There are no active infiltrates.
