BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made to her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: The
patient presents with no complaints.
In comparing our current study
with the previous study of XXXXXXX, there has been no significant change.
There is scattered heterogeneous
breast tissue seen throughout both breasts predominantly in the upper outer
aspect of both breasts, but which appears unchanged from the previous
examination. There is no evidence of a
mass lesion.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are seen. Scattered
benign calcifications can be seen throughout both breasts.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity appears normal. The skin and
nipples appear to be normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.
