CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

FINDINGS:              Heart is normal in size.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.  Calcification of the hilar lymph nodes is noted.  Also noted is evidence of multiple small calcified granulomas.

Costophrenic angles are clear.  There is no pleural effusion.

Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:        Multiple small calcified granulomas and calcification of hilar lymph nodes suggesting chronic granulomatous disease.  No definite active infiltrates are seen.
