CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

FINDINGS:             There is mild cardiomegaly.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.

Small calcified granulomas are noted.  There are radiographic changes suggestive of COPD.  There is no focal mass or active infiltrates.  Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:
1.                   COPD.  There are no active infiltrates.
2.                   Mild cardiomegaly.
