FINDINGS:             There is cardiomegaly.

There is a dual chamber pacemaker in place.

Thoracic aorta is ectatic.

There is no focal mass or active infiltrates.

Costophrenic angles are clear.

Post vertebroplasty changes are seen involving multiple dorsal vertebrae.

No previous chest x-ray is available for comparison.

IMPRESSION:

1.                   Cardiomegaly.

2.                   There are no active infiltrates.
