FINDINGS: Heart is normal in size.
Mediastinum appeared to be
unremarkable.
There are radiographic changes
suggestive of COPD. Scarring is noted.
There is no focal mass or
consolidation. Degenerative changes are
seen in the dorsal spine.
IMPRESSION: COPD.
There are no active infiltrates.
