ULTRASOUND STUDY OF THE PELVIS TRANSVAGINAL
CLINICAL DATA: Abnormal Pap.
Comparison was made
with the previous study of 2006.
The uterus measures 6
x 3.6 cm x 5 cm. There are small echogenic
masses with calcification, largest measuring 2 x 1.4 x 2.2 cm.
Endometrial stripe
measures 4 mm and this is within normal limits.
Right ovary was not visualized. Left ovary measures 1.8 x 1.3 x 1.8 cm. There is no adnexal mass noted.
There is no free fluid
in the pelvis.
IMPRESSION: Multiple small intrauterine masses
with calcification, most likely representing small fibroids, largest measures
about 2 x 1.4 x 2.2 cm.
