CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

CLINICAL DATA:            Shortness of breath.

FINDINGS:             There is mild cardiomegaly.

Thoracic aorta is ectatic.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.

Multiple small calcified granulomas are seen.

There are radiographic changes suggestive of COPD.  There is no focal mass or active infiltrates.  Mild eventration of the right hemidiaphragm is seen.  Degenerative changes are seen in the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:
1.                   COPD.  There are no active infiltrates.
2.                   Mild cardiomegaly.
