ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION OF THE ABDOMEN

FINDINGS:             The liver and spleen are normal in size and have a homogeneous echotexture.  There is no focal mass.

There is no ascites.

Gallbladder is normal without any evidence of a calculus or wall thickening.  Common bile duct measures 2 mm.  There is no dilatation of intrahepatic biliary ducts.

Pancreas is unremarkable.

There is no abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Comparison was made with the previous study of 04/30/2009 and there is no significant interval change.

Right kidney measures 10 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm and left kidney measures 10.9 x 3.5 x 2.8 cm.  There is no evidence of focal renal mass, calculus, or hydronephrosis.

IMPRESSION:        Unremarkable ultrasound study of abdomen.  No significant interval change in comparison with the previous study of 04/30/2009.
