BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: There
again noted to be small rounded densities in the upper outer aspect of the left
breast most likely representing small fibroadenomas.
There is scattered heterogeneous
breast tissue seen in both breasts. No
malignant appearing calcifications are identified.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
