BILATERAL
DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
mammogram at this facility, dated 06/18/2011 and a comparison is made with the
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It should be noted that the
patient presents with no current complaints.
There continues to be
dense mammary tissue throughout both breasts.
No definite mass lesion is identified in comparing the current study
with that of 06/18/2011, there does not appear to be any significant change in
the appearance of either breast.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are identified. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study
of 06/18/2011.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign
finding.
