BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXXX and a comparison is made with the
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It
should be noted that the patient presents with no current clinical complaints.
In comparing our current exam
with the previous study of XXXXXXX, there has been no significant
change. There is somewhat dense mammary
tissue remaining in the anterior aspect of both breasts, but stable from 2009.
Some scattered benign
calcifications could be seen bilaterally.
No malignant appearing calcifications are identified or suspected.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.
BI-RADS Clinical Assessment
Category 2: Benign finding.
