BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated 03/31/2010 and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It
should be noted that the patient does not present with any complaints.
Comparing the current study with
the previous examination of XXXXXXXX, there does not appear to be any
significant change in the appearance of either breast.
The dominant finding is fatty
replacement with only a minimal amount of scattered heterogeneous breast tissue
seen. A few small benign appearing calcifications
are identified. No malignant appearing
calcifications are seen.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
