BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: We are uncertain as to whether
the patient has had a previous mammogram, as she is a very poor historian.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: The
dominant finding is fatty replacement with only scattered heterogeneous breast
tissue remaining. I see no evidence of a
mass lesion.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are identified. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples appear to be normal.
IMPRESSION:
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
