BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It
should be noted that the patient complains of mild pain in the right breast.
An examination of both breasts
show scattered heterogeneous breast tissue, but with no evidence of a dominant
mass and no significant change from the previous study of XXXXXXX. There is scattered heterogeneous breast
tissue with no evidence of a mass lesion.
No malignant appearing
calcifications can be seen. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
