BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXXXX and a comparison is made with the
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: The
patient presents with no current complaints.
The dominant finding is fatty
replacement of both breasts. Only a
minimal amount of scattered heterogeneous breast tissue remains.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are identified. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous examination of XXXXXXXXX.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
