BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: In
comparing the current study with the previous study of XXXXXXXX, there has
been no significant change. An area of
density is seen in the upper outer aspect of the right breast unchanged from
the previous study. There is no evidence
of a mass lesion at this time.
No malignant appearing
calcifications can be seen. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
