BILATERAL
DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated 01/10/2010 and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: The patient presents for this
study with no current complaints. Also,
comparing the current study with that of 01/10/2010, there has been no
significant change.
The dominant finding
is fatty replacement with only scattered heterogeneous breast tissue remaining
in both breasts. There is no evidence of
a mass lesion.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are seen. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study
of 01/10/2010.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign
finding.
