BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: In
comparing the current study with previous study of XXXXXXX, there has been
no significant change in the appearance of either breast.
There is scattered somewhat dense
mammary tissue seen bilaterally, but no mass lesion is identified.
No malignant appearing
calcifications could be seen or suspected.
There is a surgical clip in the left breast present at the time of the
previous exam and unchanged.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
