FINDINGS: The uterus measures 10.9 x 4 x
5.5 cm. It has a homogeneous
echotexture.
Endometrial stripe
measures 1.4 cm.
Right ovary measures
5.7 x 5.3 x 5.9 cm and left ovary measures 2.3 x 1.4 x 1.7 cm. There is a 4.4 x 4.1 cm well marginated
cystic lesion in the right adnexa.
There is no free fluid
in the pelvis.
IMPRESSION: Large right ovarian cyst
measuring 4.4 x 4.1 cm.
