BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: In
comparing the current study with the previous examination of XXXXXXX, there
has been no significant change in the appearance of either breast.
There is scattered heterogeneous
breast tissue seen scattered throughout both breasts, but no evidence of a mass
lesion and no change from the previous study.
Scattered bilateral benign
appearing calcifications are seen. No
malignant appearing calcifications are identified or suspected.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous examination of XXXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
