BILATERAL
DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
examination at this facility dated 10/23/2009 and comparison is made with the
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: The dominant finding is fatty
replacement with only a minimal amount of residual heterogeneous breast tissue
remaining. A small rounded sharply
marginated density is seen in the upper outer aspect of the right breast most
likely representing a fibroadenoma and present and unchanged when compared with
the previous study.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are seen. The subcutaneous
tissue and vascularity is normal. The
skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study
of 10/23/2010.
