BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
examination at this facility, dated XXXXXXXX and a comparison is made with
her previous examination.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It
should be noted that the patient presents with no current complaints.
The dominant finding is fatty
replacement with only a minimal amount of residual heterogeneous breast tissue
remaining in both breasts.
A few scattered benign appearing
calcifications can be seen. No malignant
appearing calcifications are identified.
The subcutaneous tissue and
vascularity is normal. The skin and
nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous examination of XXXXXXX.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
