BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at this facility, dated XXXXXXX and a comparison is made with her
previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: There
continues to be dense mammary tissue seen bilaterally, but in comparing our
current exam with the examination of XXXXXXX, there does not appear to be
any significant change in the appearance of either breast.
Scattered benign calcifications
could be seen bilaterally. No malignant
appearing calcifications are suspected.
The subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal. The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
