BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
examination at this facility, dated XXXXXXXXX and a comparison is made with
her previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: It
should be noted that the patient presents with no complaints.
There is predominant fatty
replacement with only a minimal amount of residual heterogeneous breast tissue
seen within both breasts. No malignant
appearing calcifications are seen. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXXXX.

Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign finding.
