BILATERAL
DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION FOR STUDY: The patient has had a previous
study at Radiology Imaging Associates, dated 03/11/2010 and a comparison is
made with the previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: Comparing the current study with
the previous exam of 03/11/2010, there is no significant change.
There is scattered
heterogeneous breast tissue, but no evidence of a mass lesion. A density can be seen in the upper outer
aspect of the left breast, but this was present on the prior study and is
unchanged.
The subcutaneous
tissue and vascularity is normal. The
skin and nipples appear to be normal.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from a previous study
of 03/11/2010.
BI-RADS
Clinical Assessment Category 2: Benign
finding.
