BILATERAL DIGITAL SCREENING MAMMOGRAM WITH CAD EVALUATION
INDICATION
FOR STUDY: The patient has had bilateral
implants, which were placed in 1996.
Also, she has had a study at this facility dated XXXXXX and a
comparison is made with her previous study.
TECHNIQUE: CC
and MLO views of each breast were obtained along with CAD evaluation on the
digital mammogram machine and the CAD evaluation was reviewed.
FINDINGS: Prior
to displacement of the implants, no abnormalities are seen.
With displacement of the
implants, there is scattered heterogeneous breast tissue seen in both breasts,
but with no evidence of a mass lesion.
No malignant appearing
calcifications are seen. The
subcutaneous tissue and vascularity is normal.
The skin and nipples are normal.
Comparing the current study with
that of XXXXXXX, there does not appear to be any significant change in the
appearance of either breast.
IMPRESSION: Unchanged from our previous study of XXXXXXXX.
