X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE RIGHT FOOT
FINDINGS: Similar findings of the right
foot are noted as compared with the left.
There is fragmentation of the proximal epiphysis of the fifth
metatarsal. The remaining bones of the
foot are normal. Soft tissues of the
right foot are normal.
IMPRESSION: Normal right foot.
