CHEST
X-RAY, PA AND LATERAL VIEWS
FINDINGS: An examination of the chest shows
some chronic changes with mild interstitial and parenchymal pulmonary scarring,
but with no active or acute pulmonary process.
The heart and
mediastinal structures are normal.
Perihilar and vascular structures appear to be normal.
A lateral chest
radiograph shows a clear retrocardiac space and the posterior sulcus is clear.
IMPRESSION: Mild pulmonary scarring, but no active
or acute cardiopulmonary process is identified.
