X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE LEFT SHOULDER, THREE VIEWS

FINDINGS:               Three views of the left shoulder show the left humeral head to be normally seated in the glenoid fossa.  Images were obtained with the left humerus in both internal and external rotation.

The acromioclavicular joint is normal.  The clavicle, scapula, and proximal left humeral shaft are intact.

IMPRESSION:         No acute osseous abnormality is seen involving the left shoulder.
