X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE LUMBAR SPINE, FOUR VIEWS

FINDINGS:             There is slight offset of the L4-L5 vertebral body with anterolisthesis of L4.  There is degenerative spurring.  There is no significant disc space loss, but the L5-S1 level is not optimally seen.  There is no fracture to the vertebral bodies.  There are degenerative changes of the facet joints.  If there is any further concern, MRI examination or further evaluation may be considered.

IMPRESSION:        Slight offset of the vertebral bodies at L4-L5 with spondylolisthesis and anterolisthesis of L4.  Would recommend clinical correlation or further evaluation as necessary.
