EVALUATION OF THE CERVICAL SPINE
FINDINGS: Views of the cervical spine shows disc
space narrowing at C5-C6 and
C6-C7. Oblique films suggest some osteophyte encroachment upon the neuroforamina at these levels and a cervical MRI is recommended for more definitive diagnosis.

The remaining vertebral body
heights and disc spaces appear normally maintained. The retropharyngeal and retrotracheal air
space appears to be normal.
IMPRESSION: Degenerative changes of the cervical spine at C5-C6 and C6-C7
as noted. An MRI is recommended for
further evaluation.
