X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE LEFT HIP

FINDINGS:               Views of the left hip shows the left femoral head to be normally seated in the acetabulum with perhaps minimal narrowing of the superior space.  The femoral head, femoral neck, and proximal femoral shaft are intact.

IMPRESSION:         Normal left hip.
