CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS - 3

CHEST X-RAY, TWO VIEWS

FINDINGS:             Heart is at the upper limits of normal in size.

Thoracic aorta is ectatic.

Mediastinum appeared to be unremarkable.

Radiographic changes suggestive of COPD are noted.

There is no focal mass or consolidation.

Costophrenic angles are blunted.  No previous chest x-ray is available for comparison.  Multiple small calcified granulomas are noted.

Degenerative changes are seen involving the dorsal spine.

IMPRESSION:
1.                   Radiographic changes are suggestive of COPD.  Clinical correlation is suggested.
2.                   There are no active infiltrates.
