EVALUATION OF THE LEFT FOREARM
FINDINGS: Views of the left forearm fails
to reveal any evidence of acute bony injury.
I see no evidence of an effusion at the elbow joint. No soft tissue swelling is seen. The radial head is intact.
The distal radius and
ulna likewise appears to be normal.
IMPRESSION: Normal left forearm.
