No definite evidence of joint effusion is noted.

There is no acute fracture or dislocation.

CLINICAL DATA:            Pain.

FINDINGS:             No definite acute fracture or dislocation is seen.  There is no evidence of joint effusion.  There is no cortical destruction or periosteal reaction.  There is no definite acute bony abnormality is noted.

IMPRESSION:        Unremarkable study.
