X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE BILATERAL KNEES, THREE VIEWS EACH

FINDINGS:             Three views of each knee are submitted for evaluation.

Examination is unremarkable.  There is no acute bony abnormality noted.

There is no evidence of joint effusion.

There is no fracture or dislocation.

IMPRESSION:        Unremarkable study.  Clinical correlation and if indicated, further evaluation with MRI is suggested.

X-RAY EVALUATION OF THE BILATERAL KNEES, SIX VIEWS

FINDINGS:             There is degenerative joint disease and joint space loss in all three joint space compartments.  There is degenerative spurring.  There is no fracture or dislocation.  There is large body habitus.  The right and left knee appears symmetric.  If there is any further concern, MRI examination or further evaluation of the knees may be considered.
